How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate and the butter in a large bowl about 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
  • Stir melted chocolate and butter until smooth
  • Stir in the powdered sugar and flour
  • Stir in the eggs and yolks
  • Pour into 6 (6 oz) tins (I used a bundt pan last time I made this so as just to have one larger cake that could be sliced)
  • Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Edges should be firm and middle should still be gooey.
  • Eat immediately. Top with powdered sugar if desired. Best when served with ice cream on top.
