Molten Chocolate Cakes

- 6 oz bittersweet baking chocolate shopping list
- 10 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in a large bowl about 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
- Stir melted chocolate and butter until smooth
- Stir in the powdered sugar and flour
- Stir in the eggs and yolks
- Pour into 6 (6 oz) tins (I used a bundt pan last time I made this so as just to have one larger cake that could be sliced)
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Edges should be firm and middle should still be gooey.
- Eat immediately. Top with powdered sugar if desired. Best when served with ice cream on top.
