Stir Fry

- Veggies ( any thing you want. ) shopping list
- I put : shopping list
- 1/2 cup - 1 cup of Peas shopping list
- 1/2 - bell pepper shopping list
- 1 - 2 handfuls of bean spouts shopping list
- 1- 2 cups of cubed mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup of steamed broccoli shopping list
- 1 Chicken thigh ( cut in strips or cubes ) shopping list
- Jasmine rice. ( cook as package shows ) shopping list
- Soy Sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cut all the veggies put into one big bowl. ( if using broccoli steam it and then add to bowl )
- Cut chicken into cubes or strips.
- Cook in frying pan until 3/4 cooked.
- Add soy sauce ( as much as your heart desires)
- Add all veggies. ( I usually turn up heat so veggies are sautéed )
- Stir once in a while until chicken is fully cooked and everything is coated with soy sauce.
- Make Jasmine rice as package shows.
- Serve
