Vegetables In Wine

- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine shopping list
- 4 cups thinly sliced cauiflower shopping list
- 1 cup Chinese peas, (trimmed) shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrots (thinly sliced) shopping list
- 1 cup celery (sliced thin) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1 chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 3/4 cup white wine shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/ cup sliced almonds (optional) shopping list
- Minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large saucepan, Add cauliflower, peas, carrots, celery & onions
- comcine bouillion cube with wine, salt & black pepper. Pour over vegetables. Cook quickly over high heat (about 10 min.) stirring
- constantly, until vegetables are tender-crisp
- Add almonds (if used) Stir Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediatly
- Good served with any broiled or barbequed meat or chicken
- & chinese fried rice
