Chicken Feta Bruschetta

- 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts (or however many for each person) shopping list
- 1 Jar of Classico Di Sorrento Bruschetta (Extra Garlic) shopping list
- 1 Container of Feta Cheese (either get already crumbled or whole and cut it in slices/crumble yourself) shopping list
- Sliced Green olives shopping list
- Chopped Garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Cut fat off chicken breasts (unless you like it) and place them whole in a casserole dish
- Spoon Bruschetta mix all over the chicken breasts (make sure to put some on the bottom of the dish to help make the chicken more moist)
- Sprinkle garlic and olives on top of the bruschetta (I like tons of olives, just adds that extra something)
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of that, or if you prefer slices lay the slices to cover the chicken breasts (Basically you are trying to cover the chicken so that every bite you take you get all the ingredients)
- Throw in oven at 350 until the chicken is cooked and the feta starts to get golden on the edges, approx 30-45 min
- Take out and Serve everyone a chicken breast, ENJOY!! :)
- Can be abit sloppy but oh so good
