Spiced Chicken Casserole

- Teaspoon cumin shopping list
- Teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- Teaspoon cajun pepper shopping list
- Teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 2 Cloves Garlic shopping list
- Handful of sultanas shopping list
- Tablespoon Tomato puree shopping list
- Bunch Celery shopping list
- 3 Parsnips shopping list
- 4 large carrots shopping list
- 2 potatoes shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- Pack of green beans shopping list
- 3 chilli's shopping list
- Chicken stock shopping list
- Chicken granuals to thicken shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts or 1 per portion shopping list
- Tin of Baked beans (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Place your chicken breast at the bottom of the casserole dish. I need a bigger dish!!!
- Chop all the vegetables chunky and rough and throw in the chilli seeds too plus sultanas.
- Add your spices. I like mine spicy reduce for less spice....
- Empy in the beans, or kidney beans or any bean. Jelly beans not recommended.
- Pipe some tomato puree over the top.
- Pour over your chicken stock and stir.
- Add chicken granuals if requires thickening.
- Cook for 1.5 hours or untill potatoes are soft.
- Season for a fuller flavour.
- Eat on a bed of rice or simply pop pasta shells into the stew an hour into cooking.
- You can use other cuts of chicken and keep it on the bone chicken breast are always thought to be the better part of the chicken but this is not nesessary true.
