Chocolate "tuxedo" Strawberries Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash strawberries and pat completely dry.
  • Melt vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in tray according to directions on package.
  • Dip each strawberry in vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating; cover about 3/4 of the strawberry. Place on wax paper until dry.
  • Melt chocolate CANDIQUIK® in tray according to directions on package.
  • Dip strawberries into melted chocolate CANDIQUIK® in overlapping diagonals to create the “chocolate V”. Place on wax paper until dry.
  • Use toothpick to dot buttons and draw bow-tie. (Option: use small round candies for buttons)
  • Place strawberries on wax paper until dry.
