How to make it

  • Finely chop coriander and ginger.
  • Combine beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, coriander, ginger, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and 4-5 drops of sesame oil in a bowl. Mix and make into hamburger patties.
  • Can be grilled or cooked in a frying pan.
  • While grilling, quarter cucumbers length wise, remove seeds, and chop. Add chopped mint and basil with a dash of salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Serve as a regular hamburger with cucumber,basil and mint relish.
