Teriyaki Potatoes

- 1 1/2 lb tiny new potatoes (about 10), washed and cut into quarter shopping list
- or medium red potatoes (about 5), washed and cut into 1-inch pieces. shopping list
- Butter shopping list
- 1-2 tbs teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, crushed shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- red pepper to taste shopping list
- fresh rosemary, finely chopped to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place potatoes in dish. Dot with butter, add teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red pepper, and rosemary.
- Bake until tender. About 20-30 minutes, cook longer if necessary.
