Cruch Pork Bitz !!!

- half a large bag of multi grain nacho chips- tostetos... or whit con chips --- Crush them with rolling pin shopping list
- 4 cups of chopped pork chunks- or enough for your family shopping list
- 1 egg wisked with a bit of water shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tps galic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tps salt shopping list
- 1/2 peper shopping list
How to make it
- in the bag on crushed chips add salt pepper and garlic
- Take each peice of pork and dip in flour then egg then toss in the crushed chips
- lay then on a none stick backing sheet... if your not sure about ur baking sheet rub alittle EVOO (extra vergin olive oil) on the pan
- back for 15 min on one side and then flip for 5 more
- bake at 365
- the best is either use a spicy mayo or drip in a smooth taco sauce and guac. !!
- I served it with rice and cold conr and salad
- kinda a little mexican...
- but you could just serve it with fries and ketchup --- the way my sons like it !
