How to make it

  • in the bag on crushed chips add salt pepper and garlic
  • Take each peice of pork and dip in flour then egg then toss in the crushed chips
  • lay then on a none stick backing sheet... if your not sure about ur baking sheet rub alittle EVOO (extra vergin olive oil) on the pan
  • back for 15 min on one side and then flip for 5 more
  • bake at 365
  • the best is either use a spicy mayo or drip in a smooth taco sauce and guac. !!
  • I served it with rice and cold conr and salad
  • kinda a little mexican...
  • but you could just serve it with fries and ketchup --- the way my sons like it !
