Satay Chicken Stir Fry

- 1 onion shopping list
- clove of garlic shopping list
- 500g of chicken shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 1 red or green capsicum shopping list
- brocolli shopping list
- cashew nuts (a hand full) shopping list
- chilli shopping list
- 100ml of coconut cream shopping list
- a packet noodles hokkien shopping list
- satay sauce 500ml shopping list
How to make it
- first chop up all your vegtables and chicken
- heat up the wok or pan and throw the onion, carrot, chilli and garlic in
- once onion has browned throw the chicken in use chicken thighs breast will dry out
- then the chicken has started to cook throw in the rest of the vegies
- once the vegies are cooked to your liking put the satay sauce in with the coconut cream mix it through i always like to put some peanut butter in there as well just to give it a little more of a kick
- when the sauce has reduced after 5 or so mins add the noodles in
- i like to cut them up a bit as it makes mixing them in much easyer
- once the noodles are cooked after 2-3 mins serve up and enjoy
