How to make it

  • Heat oven to 200C.
  • Roast the pumpkin til soft and golden after tossing it in a little oil.
  • Cool and whiz in a blender and throw in all the other ingreds.
  • Serve with crusty warm bread.
  • YUM

    Sounds like a wonderful idea! Could you use a can of pumpkin if you aren't able to get the pie pumpkins? Hard to find this time of year.
