Pumpkin Tahini Dip

- 2 cups sweet pumpkin, diced into 3 cm cubes shopping list
- 3 tbspns tahini shopping list
- 2 tbpsn tahini- light for a sweeter dip, and dark for a more savoury dip shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 200C.
- Roast the pumpkin til soft and golden after tossing it in a little oil.
- Cool and whiz in a blender and throw in all the other ingreds.
- Serve with crusty warm bread.
