How to make it

  • In large bowl,beat cream cheese,milk and juice until smooth;fold in whipped cream. Pipe into tart shells.
  • Garnish with raspberries and lime wedges,if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

    I'm guessing you used a bottled key lime juice. Those little buggers take forever to hand squeeze. They sure are good though.
