  • Dice the peppers and mango into small pieces.
  • Dice the onion
  • Chop the cilantro mix together in a bowl; add sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Mix together cover and let sit for at least 1 hour or over night in fridge
  • You can add other fruit as well Peaches, nectarines, pineapple.
