How to make it

  • In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, sugar and cornstarch
  • Add vinegar and water
  • Cook on medium high heat until thickened
  • Remove from heat, add mayonnaise
  • Let cool slightly, then pour over broccoli.
  • Mix, cover and let chill for a minimum four hours.
  • Add raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and onion up to 1 hour before serving.
  • Mix well and serve!!!
