No-bake Cheese Cake

- for filling: shopping list
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip shopping list
- for crust: shopping list
- 2 cups graham crackers shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- for crust:
- in a food processor, crush together the crackers and the butter until they start to stick. now pure it on to a serving dish and put it in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
- for filling:
- Beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. then add condensed milk and lemon juice and mix well.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into the perpared pan that has the graham crackers in it.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight until set.
- top with few pineapples if desired.
- ENJOY
