How to make it

  • for crust:
  • in a food processor, crush together the crackers and the butter until they start to stick. now pure it on to a serving dish and put it in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
  • for filling:
  • Beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. then add condensed milk and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour into the perpared pan that has the graham crackers in it.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight until set.
  • top with few pineapples if desired.
  • ENJOY
