How to make it

  • Combine the lemon juice and pulp, olive oil, salt , garlic, pepper, and herbs in a gallon baggie or non reactive bowl.
  • Add the meat, mixing well and refrigerate for 90 minutes.
  • Skewer the meat on the bamboo skewers.
  • Grill until done, turning often (alternate cooking method - use a roasting pan and slant the skewers from the edge to the middle of the pan. Roast at 400 F for 35-40 minutes)
  • Serve with lemon slices.
