Balsamic Strawberries With Dutch "hangop"

- 4 cups Nice full-fat yoghurt shopping list
- Clean kitchen towel shopping list
- seeds of 1 vanilla bean shopping list
- sugar to taste shopping list
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (1 lb 2 oz) shopping list
- 5 tbs sugar shopping list
- 10 tbs(good!) balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2/3 tbs chopped basil shopping list
- Fresh grounded black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- -----The day before-----
- Wet the kitchen towel to make it humid.
- Place it in a colander over a bowl.
- Pour the yoghurt in and leave it for the night.
- The next day get the yoghurt out of the towel en put it in a bowl. Get rid of the juice that came out.
- Now stir in the vanilla seeds and add some sugar to taste. The strawberries will be sweet too, so don't make the Hangop to sweet!

- Clean the strawberries and put in a bowl
- Add the sugar, balsamic vinager, the chopped basil and a good pinch of fresh grounded black pepper. Leave for 2 hours.
- Make a nice canelle of the Hangop and place the strawberries around it. Garnish with basil leaves, if you have some left.
- Enjoy!
