Four Layer Dessert

- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- large container Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 3 small packages, lemon instant pudding mix shopping list
- 3 cups milk shopping list
- chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- First layer: Stir together butter, flour, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans and pat into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 400* F. Let cool.
- Second Layer: Beat together sugar, cream cheese, and half of the cool whip. Spread on top of cooled crust.
- Third Layer: Prepare the pudding according to package directions using only 3 cups of milk. Spread on top of second layer.
- Fourth layer: Spread remaining cool whip over the pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.
