How to make it

  • Cream sugar and butter on low.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mix well.
  • Sift dry ingredients - add alternately with milk.
  • If frozen blueberries, sprinkle with flour and add ½ cup at a time - stirring by hand - add rest of blueberries.
  • Grease and flour muffin tins.
  • Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes for regular size muffins.
  • Leave muffins in pan for approximately 15-20 minutes to cool.
