Mini Strawberry Cheesecakes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK according to directions on package.
  • Mix in large bowl with Jello powder, cream cheese and cool whip until smooth. See Photo
  • Place Nilla wafers in the bottom of the muffin cups and top with strawberry cheesecake. See Photo
  • Freeze/cool 1 hour before serving!

    I keep seeing your recipes, and it reminds me I have to get to the store and buy some CANDIQUIK. I have never used it before, but it sounds like fun.
