Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat gas grill to med heat
  • Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix all ingredients together by hand in large mixing bowl
  • Shape into 8 large patties, laying each patty on parchment paper
  • Spray grill grate with Pam, and lay burgers on grill using spatula.
  • Grill about 8 minutes per side (165 internal temp)
  • Serve with desired garnishes
  • Top with slices of swiss or cheddar if desired
  • * Ground turkey tends to make a "wet" type patty. Different consistency than beef. However, when I don't add the eggs and breadcrumbs they tend to turn out too dry *

Been waiting on this Lori, ever since you mentioned posting it. Looks yummy. Love turkey burgers, they are soooo misunderstood, lol. Will be trying soon. Thanks!
