How to make it

  • Melt CANDIQUIK according to directions on package. Blend with Instant pudding mix, and cream cheese (room temperature). After this is mixed somewhat well, blend in the cool whip.
  • Place mixture in fridge (approximately 30min-1hr) or until cool.
  • On a sheet of wax paper, form a ball with the cheesecake and roll in the crushed almonds.
  • Serve with graham crackers!
  • (Mix makes 2 large cheesecake balls)
