How to make it

  • Combine lentils, milk and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in rice and cook a further 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a blender.
  • Add banana and pumpkin puree and process until very smooth.
