Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- instant potatoes[8 servings] shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1Tbsp. instant minced onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup catsup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix meat,1 1/3 cups of instant potatoes[dry],egg,salt,pepper,onion,catsup and milk.Spread in ungreased
- pie pan,9x1 1/2. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
- Prepare remaining instant potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings.Top baked meatloaf with mashed potatoes;sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
