How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split english muffins in half, so you have 12 halfs. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place 6 halfs per baking sheet. Add about 1/4 cup pizza sauce, cheese and 3 pepperoni slices to each english muffin half.
  • 2.Place in oven and bake for about 15-20 watching until cheese is bubbly and done. Remove and let cool for 3-5 minutes and serve.
  • Note: You may add any other toppings you have on hand also. I like to add crumbled bacon or cooked hamburger from the freezer sometimes also.
