How to make it

  • Blend together all the ingredients except the pie crust. and the whipped cream in a medium bowl.
  • Pour into the pie crust.
  • Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to 350 F.
  • Continue to bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
  • The filling should be set slightly more around the edges than in the center.
  • Serve plain or with the whipped cream, if desired
