Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie

- 1 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter shopping list
- 9-inch pie crust shopping list
- Optional: whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Blend together all the ingredients except the pie crust. and the whipped cream in a medium bowl.
- Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 350 F.
- Continue to bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
- The filling should be set slightly more around the edges than in the center.
- Serve plain or with the whipped cream, if desired
