Spicy Creole Vinegar

- 1 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 heaping tbs Zatarin's seafood seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 - 2 red hot chili peppers, seeds removed shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, mashed shopping list
How to make it
- Makes 1 cup
- Put all ingredients into a small bowl. Steep at room temperature for at least 6 hours or longer for a stronger flavor. Pour through a fine strainer into a bowl. Refrigerate the vinegar in a pin jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Use as your would a regular vinegar or serve as a dip, or use to marinate vegetables.
