How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl mix dry ingredients. Add egg and oil. Mix well.
  • In a smaller bowl mash bananas. Add bananas and oatmeal to batter to combine.
  • spray loaf pan with cooking spray and add batter. Bake until firm to touch, 45-55 minutes (less if using mini tins).

    made this for an early breakfast...quick, healthy and DELICIOUS! At first it looks like it's gonna be too dry and then i added the bananas and it was so perfect. :)
