How to make it

  • Saute the onion in oil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add peppers and cook for 2 more minutes
  • Stir in peas and mushrooms, saute for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender
  • Add salt and herbs, stir in well.
  • Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are done to suit your taste.
  • Serve hot.
