Lemonade Dessert

- 2 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup margarine shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) shopping list
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- 1 12-oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Melt margarine and brown sugar over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Mix into oats with chopped nuts.
- Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 F.
- Cool crust, in freezer once it has cooled slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix icecream and lemonade until blended.
- Pour into cooled crust, cover and freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
