How to make it

  • 1.melt the chocolate with the butter .and set aside.
  • 2.take another bowl and mix together the egg yolks and half amount of sugar.thats one cup.
  • 3.take another bowl and whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.with the egg whites add the other half sugar.
  • 4.add the melted chocolate with the egg yolk mix ture and mix it up.
  • 5.and the we are gonna fold in our egg white mixture to the chocolate mixture.and mix it all up.
  • 6.grease ur tin and pour the batter.and put it in the 350 F and bake it for about 40 mins.
  • 7.and volla ur flourless cake is ready.
