How to make it

  • Cut the lamb breast into individual ribs. Cut the extra meat on top of ribs into small pieces.
  • Put olive oil into medium saucepan and brown the meat and ribs.
  • Remove to the warmed crockpot set on high.
  • Cut baking potatoes in half and then thirds. Place them in on top of lamb.
  • Pour some of the pan drippings in on the meat and potatoes for flavoring. Add salt and papper.
  • At 3 hours, add the green beans and stir everything in the crockpot.
  • Check potatoes at 4 hours. Potato should slide off the knife inserted in middle when done.
