Mom's Badass Potato Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash potatoes well, cut in half and boil for 40-45 mins.
  • Boil eggs (15 mins) while potatoes cook
  • Let sit in cool water, crack shell and cut eggs into dice size pieces.
  • Let potatoes cool off on counter for 30 mins, peel skin and dice.
  • Add potatoes, seasonings, Mayo, eggs and mix well. Add more seasonings to taste and enjoy! :)
