How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, beer, egg white and salt; beat until smooth. In another bowl, stir together dry bread crumbs, pecans, pepper, and salt. Dip shrimp into the beer batter, then dredge a through the bread crumb mixture. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
