How to make it

  • Peel cucumbers ( leave some of the skin on )
  • Slice Cucumbers into about 1/4" slices
  • Cut each tomatoe in 8 wedges and slice wedges in half .
  • Slice onion into bite size pieces
  • In a bowl mix all vegetables , top with season rice vinager and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving .
