How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients except for sausage in pot. Bake, covered, for 3 hours.
  • Add kielbasa sausage, remove bay leaves, and puree soup with immersion blender until mostly smooth, but with some chunks.
  • Cover and return to oven for 1 more hour.
  • Enjoy!
