New Summer Coleslaw

- 3/4 cup of shredded cabbage shopping list
- 1/4 cup of shredded carrots shopping list
- 1 celery stalk, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup of hearts of palm, diced shopping list
- 3 tbs of diced red onion shopping list
- 2 tbs of goat cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 tbs of shaved parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tbs of mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 small squirt of mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- *Optional- shopping list
- 1/2 of an avocado, cubed shopping list
- 1/4 of an apple, diced. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients, except for mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper after mixing... and enjoy!
- One serving = about 190 calories (without avocado and apple)
- One serving = about 300 calories (WITH avocado and apple)
