Maddie's Pumpkin Pie

- Pie Filling: shopping list
- 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin shopping list
- 2 (14oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- -Note filling makes two 9" pies shopping list
- Crust: shopping list
- 24 squares of graham crackers shopping list
- 8 Tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- -Note: 12 squares + 4 Tbsp. butter = one 9" pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Start by:
- Put crackers into a zip lock bag 3-4 at a time and mash until super fine. Do this for all 24 :P it may take a while....Once done add the graham powder to a bowl and add melted butter and mix well. Now take two 9" pie pans and grease them and push the cracker mix firmly into them. Bake the crusts at 350 for 6 min. and pull out promptly and set off to cool.
- Filling:
- Mix all ingredients well. Add to pie crusts.
- Bake:
- 425 for 15 min. Then lower to 350 and bake for 35-40 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
- Serving:
- Let cool completely before serving and top with whip cream.
