How to make it

  • Peel the banana and chopit into a big pieces. Pour them into the food processor. Add the Tofu, the yogurt and the honey. Blend until everything is reduced into a thick creamy consistency. Pour the coffee into a deep dish. Prepare 4 serving cups.
  • Fill the bottoms of the cups with 2 tbsp of the tofu - banana cream. Wet very well one lady finger into the coffee and place it onto the cream. Repeat the same until all ingredients are finished. Sprinkle with some coffee powder or cocoa powder, or melted dark chocolate and transfer into the refrigerator. Chill at least 4-6 hours, before serving.
