How to make it

  • In large bowl, stir paprika, coriander or cumin, salt.
  • Measure out spice mixture and sprinkle over salmon, rubbing it into the fish. Place salmon, skin-side down, in broiler-pan. Put the rack on the high ridge and preheat the oven broiler on high.
  • Blend mango, avocado, cilantro, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil.
  • Broil salmon 5-6 minutes for medium doneness. Peel off the skin, then garnish with salsa.
