White Wine Marinated Shrimp And Scallions

- GRILLING METHOD: shopping list
- Indirect/Medium Heat 6 cloves garlic, grated shopping list
- 1 lemon, juiced & zested shopping list
- ¾ cup white wine shopping list
- ½ cup olive oil shopping list
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 ½ pounds medium shrimp in the shell shopping list
- 1 bunch scallion, washed and trimmed shopping list
- 1 8oz jar of clover honey shopping list

- 4 Grill Friends™ Cedar Organic Grilling Wraps shopping list
- Grill Friends™ Martini marinade Shaker shopping list
- Butcher Twine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill and set for indirect medium-heat grilling.
- Soak cedar wraps and twine in water for up to 5 minutes.
- Combine the garlic, lemon zest, juice, wine, oil, salt and pepper in the Grill Friends™ Martini Marinade Shaker or whisk together. Pour marinade over shrimp & scallions in a container or re-sealable plastic bag and toss to coat. Marinate covered, in the refrigerator up to 30 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and scallions from marinade. Place a bed of scallions (about 3) on each wrap. Top scallions with shrimp, wrap, and tie with soaked twine. Place packages on center of cooking grate and cook over indirect/medium heat. Grill 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked though. Remove twine and serve immediately.
