How to make it

  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill and set for indirect medium-heat grilling.
  • Soak cedar wraps and twine in water for up to 5 minutes.
  • Combine the garlic, lemon zest, juice, wine, oil, salt and pepper in the Grill Friends™ Martini Marinade Shaker or whisk together. Pour marinade over shrimp & scallions in a container or re-sealable plastic bag and toss to coat. Marinate covered, in the refrigerator up to 30 minutes.
  • Remove shrimp and scallions from marinade. Place a bed of scallions (about 3) on each wrap. Top scallions with shrimp, wrap, and tie with soaked twine. Place packages on center of cooking grate and cook over indirect/medium heat. Grill 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked though. Remove twine and serve immediately.
