How to make it

  • find your local orchard and pick some peaches
  • cut the peaches in sixes from stem to stem 3 times equally and remove the seed
  • place them in a LARGE bowl add the sugar mix gently
  • after the crust is laid in the pan add the peaches
  • cut the butter in small slices and place with the peaches
  • finally, sprinkle the flour to the top of the pie and cover with your 2nd crust
  • bake at 375 for 40 to 60 min. or untill it smells good:)
