How to make it

  • In a saucepan saute the peaches, brandy and honey until peaches soften (5 minutes). Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then add basil and sugar. Mix until peaks are stiff. (Do not overmix).
  • Divide the peaches between 4 bowls and spoon the whipped cream on top.
  • Sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with a basil leaf.
