Brandied Peaches With Basil Whipped Cream

- 4 large ripe peaches, peeled and cut into 3/4 in. chunks shopping list
- 2 tbs. brandy shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1 1/4 chilled whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced fresh basil shopping list
- 2 tbs. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan saute the peaches, brandy and honey until peaches soften (5 minutes). Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then add basil and sugar. Mix until peaks are stiff. (Do not overmix).
- Divide the peaches between 4 bowls and spoon the whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with a basil leaf.
