How to make it

  • 1) Slice 5 Cucmbers into 1/4 in slices add to a bowl
  • 2) Add the salt to the cucumbers shake and let sit for 20 minutes
  • 3) Rinse cucmbers and drain completely
  • 4) Mix all powder ingredients together and then pour over top of Cucumbers.
  • 5) Add 3 tsp Worchester Sauce
  • 6) Add 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 7) cover and let sit overnight in frig.
