Alouette Fat Free Feta Encrusted Salmon

- 4 ea. 6oz. salmon fillets shopping list
- 1 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 juice from a lemon shopping list
- 1 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs) shopping list
- 1 tsp. dill (chopped) shopping list
- 1 pkg (4oz) Alouette®Crumbled Fat Free feta shopping list
- sea salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-Heat oven to 350° F
- Season each salmon fillet with sea salt and pepper.
- Place on a greased sheet tray
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, Pankoand chopped dill in a bowl.
- Fold Feta Crumbles into breadcrumb mixture.
- Carefully coat the top of each salmon fillet with the bread crumb mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until topping becomes golden brown.
- Serve over couscous with a sprig of dill and fresh lemon.
