Raw Vegan Tomato Sauce

One of my staples on my raw vegan diet. Without this I'd have to give up lasagna & so many other pasta dishes. For raw spaghetti I recommend the "Turnig Slicer" by Paderno AKA the "Spirolli" or the "Saladacco Spiral Slicer" aka the "Spiralizer". Ingredients
- tomato shopping list
- Sundried tomato (It's even better if they were dried in a dehydrator instead of in the sun) shopping list
- onion shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- Optional hot sauce or hot pepper shopping list
- Equal proportions of the following herbs to make an Italian herb mix: basil shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- sage shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- If the dried tomatoes are not in oil you must soak them until they are soft
- Chop two or three tomatoes & blend. Once these are blended the remaining tomatoes can be added to the blender whole
- Blend remaining ingredients & pour over pasta or use as a layer in lasagna
