How to make it

  • Place the ribs over a hot charcoal grill (above 350) and sear them on both sides. Move ribs from any direct flames and cook for about 40 minutes, turning several times.
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into a frying pan on the grill; place the ribs in the mixture turning them until they are covered with sauce. Continue heating the ribs in the mixture turning them occasionally until the sauce thickens.
  • At this point you can taste the sauce and make any adjustment you like such as adding some Tabasco or more salt and pepper . Enjoy!
