- Saute vegetable Mix: shopping list
- 2 sweet onions shopping list
- 2 stalks celery shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 3/4 stick of butter shopping list
- Then Add: shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's Golden mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) of chicken broth shopping list
- Dash of liquid crab boil shopping list
- 1 tblsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh thyme shopping list
- Then Add: shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds crawfish tails shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- Tony Chacher'es seasoning mix to taste shopping list
- Bunch of green onions and fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Saute vegetable mix with butter in dutch oven or heavy black pot for 20 minutes. Add soup, chicken broth, crab boil, worshtershire sauce and thyme simmering for 15 to 20 minutes. Add crawfish tails and seasonings simmer for 20 minutes. When done add green onions and parsley to liking. Serve over rice.
