How to make it

  • Saute vegetable mix with butter in dutch oven or heavy black pot for 20 minutes. Add soup, chicken broth, crab boil, worshtershire sauce and thyme simmering for 15 to 20 minutes. Add crawfish tails and seasonings simmer for 20 minutes. When done add green onions and parsley to liking. Serve over rice.
