How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and eggs in large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Beat in cake mix alternately with milk.
  • Beat on high speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thick).
  • Remove 2 cups batter and place in a separate bowl; add chocolate Nesquik and cocoa powder and stir until mixed. This will be very thick.
  • Repeat using strawberry Nesquik.
  • Spoon strawberry batter into pan; tap pan on counter lightly.
  • Carefully spoon white batter over strawberry batter, spreading gently with the spoon to cover it completely, then spoon chocolate batter over white batter and use spoon to spread the batter.
  • Bake on center oven rack for 55 to 65 minutes (about 50 minutes for a 9 x 13) until wooden pick inserted into cake comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack for 45 minutes (10 for 9 x 13).
  • Loosen edges with butter knife if needed; invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with a favorite buttercream or chocolate frosting.
