Neapolitan Cake

- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 1 18 oz. pkg white cake mix shopping list
- 3/4 c. milk shopping list
- 3/4 c. chocolate flavored Nesquik powder shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. baking cocoa powder shopping list
- 3/4 c. strawberry flavored Nesquik powder shopping list
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
- Beat cream cheese and eggs in large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Beat in cake mix alternately with milk.
- Beat on high speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thick).
- Remove 2 cups batter and place in a separate bowl; add chocolate Nesquik and cocoa powder and stir until mixed. This will be very thick.
- Repeat using strawberry Nesquik.
- Spoon strawberry batter into pan; tap pan on counter lightly.
- Carefully spoon white batter over strawberry batter, spreading gently with the spoon to cover it completely, then spoon chocolate batter over white batter and use spoon to spread the batter.
- Bake on center oven rack for 55 to 65 minutes (about 50 minutes for a 9 x 13) until wooden pick inserted into cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 45 minutes (10 for 9 x 13).
- Loosen edges with butter knife if needed; invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with a favorite buttercream or chocolate frosting.
