Easy Paella

                    - 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 cups uncooked regular long-grain rice shopping list
- 4 cups fat-free chicken stock shopping list
- 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) diced tomatoes, drained shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric shopping list
- 2 teaspoons extra hot hot sauce shopping list
- 1 package (about 2 cups) frozen cooked shrimp, shelled and no tails, thawed shopping list
- 1 lb turkey keilbasa or similar cooked sausage, sliced shopping list
- 1 lb cooked, low fat ham, cubed shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the rice and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the chicken stock, tomatoes, hot sauce and turmeric, and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the sausage, shrimp and ham. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
